Refunds & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for ordered products if:
- you do not receive your order within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3-7 day processing), with the exception of holidays as delivery times may increase, and are out of our control.
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
Please Contact Us for returns, within 7 days of receipt of your package. Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
To return your product, contact us first to verify you are eligible for a return. Please allow 24-48 hours for a return authorization.
We do not issue refunds if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address etc.)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, postal strike).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Go to Homepage
